Although the transaction ended with me purchasing my desired car, the experience with Reedman Toll was a nightmare.

It began with a scheduled appointment at their Springfield location. Thank goodness I called to confirm. in doing so I was informed that my desired car was at their Langhorne location; an hour away. In negotiations, I was underwhelmed by what I felt was a low ball offer on the trade of my Chevy Equinox.

Bottom line, I did my homework and the Jeep at their dealership was the year and mileage that I wanted. Post purchase, a coworker noticed that the Jeep was missing it’s external radio antenna. In my opinion, Reedman Toll should have noticed this when preparing for delivery. Worse yet, when I brought his to the salesman’s attention, he instructed me to come in and they would attach. Problem: I live an hour away. They refused to mail me an antenna or offer a credit to a Jeep parts website.

I now own my desired Jeep. That said, after this experience, I will never return to, nor can I recommend Reedman Toll. FYI: prior to posting this review I gave my salesman another chance to make good on providing service to my satisfaction. He did not.
