Had my truck in there 3 times. First time they broke my passenger mirror backing into the bay. They replaced my brakes but still had issues (squealing, pulsating brakes). Second time they did more brake work, did not fix the squealing or pulsating brakes but told me I had a bad caliper and that was the issue, try again! When I picked up my truck, they had put my tire on backwards, lettering on inside of wheel. Third times a charm...think not. More brake work done to stop squealing, pulsating and excessive brake dust. Again, not fixed! Took my truck to Midas, they found that my brakes were installed wrong. On F-150's there are inside pads and outside pads, had two inside pads on driver and outside pads both on passenger. Thank God for Midas. This quick lane tire and auto place is horrible, do not go there!
